Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will grant you full command over your email accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can forward e-mails from one mail account to another, activate mail filters, set up autoresponders and guard your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email boxes against spam messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mail box.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming email messages on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Simply choose the mail account you would like to redirect e-mail messages from, then select the target email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
